Meet Jessica

High School Senior at Tivy High School in Kerrville TX

One of these days I might post some photos of a Senior Boy. 

Who knows. 

I keep getting girls. 

I am not complaining. 

We shot these at Stablewood Springs Resort in Hunt TX.

It is so GORGEOUS out there. 

We shot in the pool area too, which was still under construction at the time. 

I was just there for a wedding on Saturday and it is finished and BEAUTIFUL!!

WHERE do all these BEAUTIFUL girls come from! 

WOW. 

I am blown away. 

I just love photographing them.

 I love this shot! 

I promise we watched for cars.

Almost got run over a couple times...JUST KIDDING! 

Meagan was watching out for me. 

 I wish Senior Photos would have been like this when I graduated High School. 

That was ages ago. 

GOSH that was FOURTEEN years ago. 

I know....I'm getting older! 

Instead I had the boring old studio only shots with the "prop" lockers behind me and the silly chairs and the '97 prop numbers. 

I hope I'm not offending anyone who may still use these things. 

 We shot these images in Ingram Texas down in Old Ingram Loop. 

SO many places to choose from to photograph these lovely ladies.

15: kiss

ok so I know February is over.

and I know I should just probably move on.

but....I did try to finish out my joy of love series.

i think i took most of the pics, just couldn't find the time to finish posting them.

i am totally in LOVE with this picture that my MIL took of me and my oldest daughter at Christmas while we were at her house in Sacramento, CA.

I rarely get to be in pics...

as most of you photographer types know. 

i am always the one taking the pics.

i just keep hearing my friend Lauren in the back of my head saying i better ask someone to take my pic every once in a while. 

i have to ask. 

no one ever volunteers.

anyway.

as i was leaving the house yesterday to shoot a wedding i kissed Hadleigh and walked out the door.

she came running outside.

"MOM...you need to kiss ME and ISAAC and DADDY and LIBBY before you go!"

she was right. 

we should always kiss our loved ones every time we walk out the door.

you never know what's going to happen next.

you never know if you going to get that moment back.

I'm totally obsessed with shooting High School Seniors. 

It's one of my favorite things to do. 

I look forward to these sessions every time. 

 This post is a little picture heavy. 

I just couldn't decide which images to put up. 

 We shot downtown Kerrville. 

Haven't been there in a while so it was a nice change of scenery. 

I miss shooting there!

I did a few in the fall, but most of them are calling now to get their portraits taken before they graduate!

She is a High School Senior at Tivy High School here in Kerrville.
