Kerrville Texas Newborn Photography: baby boy Tull

I rarely do "FAMILY" newborn photography.
This was such a treat.
What a sweet sweet family.
Makes me hopeful that having 4 or 5 children is "do-able".

Portraits by Jenn: McKinney TX Newborn Photographer: Liam Cullen: 5 days old

I photographed Liam on his 5th day of life.
My good friend and one of my college roommates had her 2nd child on August 25th.
Big sister Jorja just turned 4 in July and is not quite sure what to think of her baby brother.
Although by the time I left she was warming up I think.
Holding him and kissing him and giving lots of love.
She was doing a GREAT job holding Liam.
Reminded me of my daughter Hadleigh when she used to hold Libby EVERY morning in the rocking chair. (now Libby does NOT want to be held...hahaha)

Anyway, kind started getting a little bit of "baby" fever.
shhhhhh....DO.NOT.TELL.MY.HUSBAND!

So the room is made to look like a LOG CABIN!
Liam's grandma came over and painted the inside of the room to look like a log cabin.
She did a SUPER job!
Liam's other grandma made the bedding and the covers for the pillows.
She even made a couple of small blankets.
It's adorable, really.

Liam's mommy REALLY wanted to get the pose where you see them holding themselves up with their hands.
We got it....I think... (not shown here), but I LOVE this one.
He looks like he's frowning at me...you know kind of like men do when they don't want to have their picture made!
YES....it does start this early.
Trust me, I know from experience.

I really like this one...he's throwing me the PEACE sign.

Liam's mommy also provided all but one of the hats he's photographed in.
(you can see more on Face Book)

This was the END of the day and TAKE TWO of our session.
We had to give little man a break for a while, he smiled for me!
Guess he didn't think this picture thing was so bad after all.

Portraits by Jenn: Maternity, Newborn, Children, Family and High School Seniors: NEWBORN BOY: BABY G: Camp Verde, TX

 Introducing Baby G!
Sweet little nugget came to me the day after he went home from the hospital.
They met me out at Camp Verde and the temperature was H-O-T!!
His Mommy and Daddy brought most of their own props and I love it when they do this.
It makes their portraits more unique.
He was NOT happy about being put in this bucket, so I got what I could before he started crying.
Poor little man.
I think it's cute though...he's got a little smirk on his face!!

Portraits by Jenn: Maternity, Newborn, Children, Family and High School Seniors: Newborn Boys

Since mid November I have photographed NINE, that's right NINE newborn sessions. And you won't believe this, but they have ALL been newborn boys! It's totally awesome. The challenge was coming up with something different for each session. Boys are hard. There aren't the cute frilly tutus, or big flower bows, or socks that look like Mary Jane's. I had a blast photographing EVERY single one! It's funny how after a while they almost all start to look alike! 3 of these boys will be in Libby's Sunday School class at church, along with 2 others (not listed here) that are BOYS as well. She is the ONLY girl so far!!

Check them out:

Baby McKade:
I shot McKade the day before I was due to have Libby. He was the sweetest little thing. It was not easy getting up and down off the floor, but EVERY shot was worth it!
Baby Brayden

Baby Landon

Baby Sean

Baby Trace

Baby Noah

Baby Jake

Baby Atticus
Baby Camden
Of course I have to include the one girl in the midst of all these boys!
